Don Wilson’s trading powerhouse DRW Holdings and Liberty City Ventureshave entered into a subscription agreement with Tharimmune Inc., a listed vehicle whose primary purpose is to raise capital and accumulate tokens on its balance sheet.
The public company will hold Canton Coins, the token of public blockchain Canton, which serves as a platform for financial transactions. The blockchain was developed by Digital Asset Holdings. DRW and Liberty City led an early funding round in Digital Asset in June totaling $135 million, alongside other financial services providers such as Citadel Securities and Goldman Sachs Group.
