The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is proposing to amend Rule 12D-16.002, which will update several property tax-related forms in response to changes from the 2025 legislation. The amendments aim to enhance homestead exemption applications, streamline the evidence exchange process for Value Adjustment Board hearings, and introduce new forms for affordable housing exemptions.
