Sept. 30, 2025, 4:54 PM UTC

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is proposing to amend Rule 12D-16.002, which pertains to the index to forms used for the Truth in Millage (TRIM) requirements. The proposed amendments aim to incorporate updated forms for electronic submission via the Oversight and Assistance System (OASYS eTRIM), clarify information for taxing authorities, and eliminate obsolete references. A rule development workshop is scheduled for Oct. 15, if requested and not deemed unnecessary. [Fla. Dep’t of Revenue, Draft Proposed Regs. Section 12D-16.002, 09/026/25, Fla. Admin. Reg.]
