The Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to regulations regarding tobacco products and inhalant delivery system retail licensure. The amended regulations increase the annual license application fee for a tobacco retail license, defines key terms related to the licensing process, and outlines procedures for initial and renewal applications.
