Lisa Re joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in its life sciences & healthcare regulatory practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Sept. 2.
Re represents clients on healthcare fraud enforcement, OIG compliance program expectations, and processes governing OIG administrative interactions and advisory opinion requests. She advises on complex issues and laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act, Information Blocking, and the Exclusions Statute, the firm said.
She joins from HHS Office of Inspector General.
