Moderna, Robinhood, and other corporate giants are bracing for significant financial setbacks and business disruptions, as President Donald Trump deploys hundreds of executive orders on drug prices to AI.

Nearly 170 companies in the S&P 500 flagged executive orders in annual 10-K reports to shareholders in early 2026, representing a third of the stock market index’s members, according to an exclusive Bloomberg Government analysis. Trump has issued more than 250 executive orders in his second term, the bulk of which came in 2025.
