Cannabis Outlet Gets First Cemex Bargaining Order for Violations

A cannabis retailer was hit with the first bargaining order issued under the National Labor Relations Board’s landmark ruling to ease unionization and clean up elections.

I.N.S.A. Inc. illegally fired key union supporters at a dispensary in Massachusetts in advance of an election that a United Food and Commercial Workers Union affiliate lost, justifying an order calling on the company to recognize and bargain with the union, Administrative Law Judge Andrew Gollin ruled Thursday.
