An M Booth and Associates video producer allegedly degraded and verbally harassed by a co-worker he believed supervised him can’t move forward on his Title VII of the Civil Rights Act hostile work environment, sexual orientation and race discrimination claims, because the abusive conduct didn’t extend into the federal 300-day limitations period, the co-worker wasn’t his supervisor and not individually liable, and the company timely addressed his complaint, a New York federal district court said.
