An Alabama federal district court denied Beyond Gravity, Inc.’s motion to dismiss a religious discrimination claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of an employee who was allegedly terminated after his religious exemption request to Beyond Gravity’s Covid-19 vaccine and masking policy was denied, finding that he pleaded enough facts that could establish that he was fired because of his sincerely held religious beliefs.
