An Army reservist/national guardsman and baseball coach will get a trial on his claims under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and state law against Southeastern Baptist College, his employer at the time he deployed, after he alleged an athletic director discriminated against him due to his military service and retaliated against him for exercising USERRA rights, where genuine issues of fact remain to preclude summary judgment, a Mississippi federal court ruled.
