An Illinois federal district court denied 1st MidAmerica Credit Union’s motion to dismiss the claims of an employee that she suffered retaliation, including discharge, as a result of exercising her right to take leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, ruling that the employee had sufficiently pled that the harassment and hostile work environment she experienced was in retaliation for exercising her rights and taking leave under the FMLA.
