A Tennessee federal district court denied Foothills Brokerage, Inc.'s motion to dismiss the claims of an operations president that he wasn’t paid all wages due for all work performed, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law, ruling that the president had adequately pleaded that Foothills was the employer party of his employment contract, that his wages weren’t paid after he became non-exempt, and that Foothills had documentation of his overtime work that he wasn’t paid for.
