CSX Settles Worker’s Allegations of Firing Tied to Medical Leave

CSX Transportation Inc. reached a deal with a former employee to end claims that the railroad company unlawfully fired him for taking federally protected medical leave.

The parties notified the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana of a settlement agreement, Magistrate Judge Kellie M. Barr said Wednesday.
