The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing Fluent Servicing LLC, alleging that the company discriminated against a former employee because of her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
“Fluent is a licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center in the state of Florida,” the complaint says, “and holds licenses related to the production and distribution of medical cannabis.”
