The EEOC convinced a federal judge to throw out another lawsuit challenging its changes to investigating and enforcing workers’ gender identity related discrimination claims.
Courts lack authority to review such discretionary decisions by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Judge George Levi Russell of the US District Court for the District of Maryland ruled Friday. He dismissed a complaint brought by legal services nonprofit FreeState Justice.
