Greif Inc., a U.S. packaging company, said Wednesday that it had appointed Dennis Hoffman to be its new general counsel, senior vice president and corporate secretary, replacing Gary Martz, who is retiring.
Hoffman has over 15 years of experience working closely with Martz at Greif, handling corporate law, governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and environmental compliance matters, the company said.
Martz has served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for more than two decades. He will continue to support the transition through Nov. 30.
