An agricultural industry group lost a federal appeals court bid to block Department of Labor regulations governing wages that must be paid to temporary seasonal farmworkers.

A US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit panel on Monday agreed with a lower court that enjoining the rule would harm seasonal workers and certain employers.
