A federal district court has denied an Illinois employer’s request to halt National Labor Relations Board proceedings while it litigates a broad constitutional challenge to the agency’s structure.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois rejected Friday a request for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against the NLRB, ruling that the Chicago-area medical center hadn’t proved that its court challenge would likely succeed.
