A California law targeted at Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents requiring federal officers to display their agency and name or badge number was blocked by the Ninth Circuit Thursday.
The emergency preliminary injunction granted by the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit adds to a lower court order that blocked a different California law, banning facial coverings for federal law enforcement and some local officers.
