SpaceX won a temporary reprieve from a National Labor Relations Board administrative case against it, notching an early win in its constitutional challenge to the agency.

Judge Alan Albright, a Trump appointee to the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, granted the Elon Musk-owned aerospace company’s request for a preliminary injunction via a docket notice Wednesday. A written order is forthcoming.
