An Austin law firm co-founded by former Texas Solicitor General Judd Stone will mediate sexual harassment claims filed by an ex-employee.
Judge Alan D. Albright of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas ordered Stone Hilton PLLC and its founders, Judd Stone and Christopher Hilton, to schedule talks with a mediator this month.
Albright also ended a race-based hostile environment claim from plaintiff Jordan Eskew, saying one incident of allegedly being called “white trash” didn’t support a cause of action.
