The Trump administration wants to lower or eliminate some education requirements for federal roles and promotions, Office of Personnel Management Director Scott Kupor told lawmakers.
Kupor told House Appropriations Committee members Wednesday that he wants to roll back education requirements for promotions and replace them with performance-based ones.
“Today, we have strict degree and tenure requirements in almost every job.
