The driver plaintiffs this week submitted a notice of dismissal in San Francisco Superior Court, nearly two years after filing a proposed class action that accused Uber and Lyft of exploiting their drivers and holding down wages through repeated violations of California antitrust and consumer protection laws.
The court granted motions by Uber and Lyft to compel arbitration in 2023 and stay the case.
