Colorado DOR Adopts Rule Mandating Electronic Filing, Payment of Motor Fuel Tax

The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted a regulation requiring electronic filing of International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) tax reports and electronic payment of motor fuel taxes. The rule establishes a phased implementation schedule for IFTA licensees based on their total miles traveled in all jurisdictions during the prior calendar year. [Colo. Dep’t of Revenue, Reg.
