Ryanair to Cut Brussels Capacity by 22% in Protest Over Taxes

Ryanair will reduce passenger capacity by 22% at Brussels and Charleroi airports next winter in protest over the Belgian government’s decision to raise aviation taxes, according to a statement.

• To remove five aircraft based at Charleroi airport, which Ryanair says represents investment loss of $500 million
