The Mexican Official Gazette April 3 published Agreement Nos. 49/2026 and 50/2026, setting tax incentives for: 1) companies engaging in the production and sale of gasoline products within an area up to 45 kilometers from the U.S. border; and 2) the production and sale of gasoline products in the border region with Guatemala. The rates are valid from April 4 to April 10. The agreements enter into force April 4. [Mexico, Official Gazette, 04/03/26]
