Ramon-Shane Johnson was promoted to principal at law firm Tax Workout Group, the firm announced Wendesday.
Johnson’s practice focuses on tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals, estate and trust planning, and complex reporting needs for the firm’s legal clients. Johnson will oversee the firm’s tax compliance group, which works alongside former Department of Justice and IRS attorneys on wealth preservation strategies, the firm said.
Before joining the firm, he worked at RSM US.
