No Tax for RV Loans on Deck?
Rep. Rudy Yakym (R-Ind.) introduced legislation that would eliminate tax on loans for RVs, trailers, and campers.
The legislation announced Thursday is cosponsored by Nevada Rep. Dina Titus (D-Nev.), who is running for re-election in a swing-state district that leans Democratic, according to Inside Elections.
Yakym’s bill would extend the no tax on auto loans provision enacted in the 2025 tax-and-spending law (PL 119-21) to recreational vehicles, applying to RV loan interest on indebtedness incurred beginning in 2026.
