The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) March 3 posted an updated list of signatories, with signing dates, to the addendum to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS).
