Trump Organization Seeks to Intervene in Littlejohn’s Appeal

Tax information leaker Charles Littlejohn “severely impacted” President Donald Trump‘s business organization when he disclosed IRS information related to Trump, family members, and “hundreds” of affiliated entities, the Trump Organization LLC told the DC Circuit.

The former Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. contractor deserves the statutory-maximum five-year sentence considering the “unprecedented violation of trust” he caused by leaking tax return information on Trump and thousands of others to ProPublica and the New York Times, the business said in a brief filed with the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit Wednesday.
