President Seeks $10 Billion in New Complaint
President Donald Trump sued the Treasury and IRS for at least $10 billion over an unauthorized disclosure of his tax returns during his first term in office.
The suit was filed Thursday in Miami federal court by Trump, his sons Donald Jr. and Eric, and the Trump Organization. Trump has long criticized the IRS for allegedly working to undermine him for political reasons.
