10x Genomics Inc. and Harvard College sued Element Biosciences Inc. to block sales of its newer cell-mapping research platform they alleged infringes four patents for detecting and analyzing biological signals inside cells and tissue.
Element’s AVITI24 platform, Teton chemistry, and related services infringe US Patent Nos. 11,021,737, 11,566,276, 11,566,277 and 12,264,358, according to a complaint docketed Friday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
