Investors Seek Review by Full Appeals Court in Argentina Case

Investors whose $16.1 billion judgment against Argentina was reversed by a three-judge appeals panel in New York asked for a rehearing in front of the full Manhattan based appeals court.

  • The panel ruled 2-1 that investors in YPF SA can’t collect on the judgment, over the nation’s 2012 nationalization of the company
