Lockheed Engineer Gets More Benefits Over Covid Vaccine Reaction

A former Lockheed Martin Corp. mechanical engineer convinced a federal judge to award her additional long-term disability benefits her insurer denied her after she suffered adverse symptoms from the Covid-19 vaccine.

The mechanical engineer, who sued under a pseudonym, convinced Judge Noël Wise that she was disabled under the terms of her plan administered by Life Insurance Co. of North America. The judge ordered the New York Life Insurance Co. subsidiary to pay the woman 10 months of benefits. Lockheed isn’t a party to the case.
