Marshall Wace Sues to Block Crypto Data Firm’s New Financing

Marshall Wace sued to stop crypto data provider Lukka Inc. from moving ahead with new financing that the investment manager says would put a pair of its funds at a disadvantage.

Delaware Chancery Court Judge Lori Will on Thursday granted a request by Marshall Wace to temporarily pause the proposed financing while she considers the lawsuit on an expedited basis.
