NY Business Group Pushing AI Effort To Scrub Old Regulatory Laws

A major New York trade group is behind a push to use AI to eliminate thousands of outdated laws it says are unfriendly to business.

The Business Council of New York State is backing an AI-powered clean-up on the antiquated laws. It found an ally in state Assemblyman Alex Bores (D), who will introduce legislation later this month that would remove those laws from the books, according to his office, which shared the draft language with Bloomberg Government.
