A former Aldi Inc. employee dropped his proposed class action accusing the grocery chain of mishandling forfeited contributions in its 401(k) plan.
The worker on Thursday voluntarily dismissed his claims against the company in a two-page notice that doesn’t prevent him from raising similar arguments in the future. The notice, filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, doesn’t include additional details, and attorneys for the parties didn’t respond to inquiries about the move.
