The District of Oregon granted a Morrow Equipment Company employee’s motion for judgment on the administrative record in her ERISA action against Unum Life Insurance challenging the denial of long-term disability benefits for severe and chronic low back pain, fibromyalgia, hip pain, a seizure disorder, and sedation. The court determined that the employee was disabled within the meaning of the policy with respect to her “regular occupation” and is entitled to receive long-term disability benefits.
