A federal district court in Kentucky granted in part and denied in part Life Insurance Company of North America’s motion for administrative remand and stay of proceedings in an employee’s ERISA action challenging the denial of her long-term disability benefits. The court granted LINA’s request for an administrative remand, and denied as moot LINA’s request for a stay.
