Court Axes Amazon 401(k) Forfeiture Proposed Class Action

A pair of ex-Amazon employees failed to convince a federal judge that the company unlawfully used tens of millions of dollars annually in retirement fund contributions from employees who left the company to offset Amazon’s own 401(k) obligations.
