Cushman & Wakefield US Inc. is fighting back against a novel lawsuit claiming its 401(k) plan is overly exposed to climate-related risks, saying the case looks “flashy” but “fails at every level of analysis.”
There’s no indication Cushman employees were harmed in any way by the alleged climate risks of a single investment option in their 401(k) plan, the commercial real estate firm told the US District Court for the Western District of Washington in a Thursday motion asking that the case be dismissed.
