Remaining Claims Dropped After Win on Abortion, Transgender Rules

Two evangelical organizations dropped the remainder of their case against Biden-era rules after winning a permanent injunction for requirements around coverage for abortion, in vitro fertilization, and gender-affirming care.

The Dr. James Dobson Family Institute and United in Purpose agreed to dismiss their six remaining claims Monday.
