A fired Amazon worker’s case alleging they were discriminated against after a hiring manager asked about their pronouns will not advance to a trial, a federal judge said.
US District Court for the District of Connecticut Judge Victor Bolden granted Amazon’s motion for summary judgment Tuesday, ruling that the on-site medical representative at a company fulfillment center was legally terminated based on Amazon’s attendance policy and not due to bias.
