Bisexual Worker Loses Appeal in Harassment, Retaliation Lawsuit

Structural repair company Pullman SST Inc. took appropriate steps after a bisexual employee reported workplace harassment and can’t be held liable under federal or Michigan law, the Sixth Circuit ruled.
