Climate Working Group Challenge Paused by Court During Shutdown

Environmental groups lost their bid to keep their case going over the Energy Department’s Climate Working Group during the government shutdown.

Judge William G. Young of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted the government’s motion for a stay in an electronic order Wednesday that didn’t provide the court’s reasoning.
