Grid Watchdog Wants PJM to Have Authority to Reject Data Centers

The independent market monitor for PJM asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to affirm that the largest US grid operator has the authority to add new large data centers only if they can be served reliably, Monitoring Analytics said in a complaint Tuesday.
