Paul Schoenhard joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Schoenhard serves as lead counsel in disputes involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition. He represents emerging and multinational companies and has argued appeals before US Courts of Appeals and handled patent infringement matters before the US International Trade Commission.
He joins from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
