Arturo Ross joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its litigation group in Miami, the firm announced Thursday.
Ross advises employers across a wide range of labor and employment matters, with deep experience in collective bargaining, strategic labor relations, and workforce planning. His practice also includes representing employers in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice litigation, and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in union organizing campaigns, the firm said.
He joins from Ogletree Deakins.
