Ogletree Deakins has hired Polly Snyder as the firm’s new chief operating officer, based in the firm’s Washington, DC office, the firm announced Tuesday.
Snyder will oversee many of the firm’s practice and business support operations, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and billing; human resources, staffing, and integration; knowledge and performance management; office operations and real estate across 60 locations; information technology and data analytics; and litigation support, the firm said in a statement. She also serves on the firm’s executive committee and chairs the management committee.
