J. Andrew Jackson joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its business litigation practice group in Tysons, Virgina, the firm announced Feb. 5.
Jackson advises technology contractors operating in highly regulated federal programs, with a focus on risk management and strategic positioning in the hi-tech marketplace. He represents clients in complex government contract investigations involving alleged false statements and claims, defective pricing, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, and procurement integrity violations, the firm said.
He joins from Jones Day, according to his LinkedIn profile.
